The MANUFACTORS INVEST Group, active in the manufacture and distribution of workwear, in particular for professionals in the hotel, restaurant and healthcare sectors, increased its scope of consolidation in November 2022 through the acquisition of the Molinel Group. Against this backdrop of the Group's expansion, the latter called on our firm to carry out a diagnostic of the Molinel Group's Finance Function and to draw up a roadmap for standardising practices.
