Specializing in the design, manufacture and sale of timber-frame and masonry single-family homes, the Ami-bois group, which comprises 5 entities and around 20 sales outlets in France, 90% of which are integrated, is evolving in an unfavorable and destabilizing market context. With the aim of adapting to this context of structural tension in the individual construction market, the Ami-bois group called on Oxigen to help it structure its finance function by carrying out a 360° diagnosis of the finance function and adapting its financial reporting
